  • The Launch Event will be held in February 2026.
  • The 8-Week Accelerator Program will be held during March, April and May 2026.
  • Online sessions will be available for regional participants who cannot travel to in-person sessions in the Sydney area.

Who Can Join?

This program is open to women living in NSW who are permanent, reserve or ex-serving members of the ADF who:

  • Have a business idea and want to get started
  • Are in the early stages of launching a business
  • Want to scale or strengthen their existing small business
  • Are looking for a supportive community of like-minded women veterans

How It Works

Three Inline Divs

Step 1: Launch Event

Start with an energising one-day event designed to help you refine your idea, set clear goals, and connect with fellow entrepreneurs. The launch event will be held in person in Sydney and online.

Step 2: Application Selection

After the launch, 30 participants will be selected through an application process to join the 8-Week Accelerator Program.

Step 3: 8-Week Accelerator Program

Participate in hands-on workshops, one-on-one mentoring, and group mentoring sessions. Build a focused business growth plan, explore funding opportunities, and gain the confidence to grow.

Launch Event

Learn how to assess the viability of your business idea, with insights from successful entrepreneurs and industry experts on market demand, financial feasibility and strategic planning. You’ll also hear about the 8-Week Accelerator Program and whether it’s the right next step for you, while connecting with a community of women veterans. Held in February 2026, in-person in Sydney and online. This event and the program is for women veterans residing in NSW only.
